Meet The Providers

Dr. Todd Hartman received his undergraduate degrees Biology and Chemistry from Oregon State University. He received his doctor of optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry. His clinical training includes externship rotations at Portland Medical Center, Tyndall Air Force Hospital, Crystal Vision Eye Institute, and the Spark M. Matsunaga Vetrans Hospital.

Dr. Eric Bendicion was born and raised in Anaheim, CA. He received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. In 2018, he graduated with honors from the Illinois College of Optometry.

Dr. Erin Frillarte was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She attended Cimarron-Memorial High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry and graduated in 2012.

Cindy Trinh, OD, was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary. Dr. Trinh completed her clinical training in a number of settings, including the Malcom Randall VAMC in Gainesville, Fl, the Mid Florida Eye Center in Mt. Dora, Fl, and the Hellerstein and Brenner Vision Center in Denver, CO. She graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry in 2018 from the Illinois College of Optometry.
